Program Description

Gem State Holdings of Idaho LLC and its affiliated businesses operate a text messaging program that sends operational notifications — such as job and bid status alerts, task assignments, and system notifications — to employees and authorized contacts who have opted in to receive them.

Opt-In & Consent

There is one way to opt in, and the recipient starts it themselves: they text START from their own phone to (208) 330-1576, then reply YES to the single confirmation message they receive. Only that reply enrolls the number. Nobody can opt in on another person’s behalf, and we never load numbers from an employee roster, an HR record, a purchased list, or any other import.

Consent to receive text messages is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of employment, hiring, scheduling, pay, promotion, or of purchasing any goods or services. It is a standalone agreement and is not bundled with employment paperwork or any other agreement. Full details are on our Text Message Notifications page.

Message frequency varies based on operational activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Gem State Holdings does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opting Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy
