Text Message Notifications

Gem State Holdings of Idaho LLC operates an internal text messaging program that sends operational notifications to its own employees, crew leads, and authorized internal staff. This page describes exactly how a person joins the program, what they receive, and how they leave it.

How to Join

There is one way to join, and you start it yourself. From your own phone, text the word START to (208) 330-1576.

Nobody can sign you up. A manager, coworker, or office administrator cannot submit your number on your behalf, and we never load phone numbers from an employee roster, an HR record, a purchased list, or any other import.

Joining Is Optional

Participation is entirely voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of employment, hiring, scheduling, pay, promotion, or of purchasing any goods or services, and it is never required to use any Gem State Holdings system. Declining to join, ignoring the confirmation request, or opting out later has no effect on your job or on any transaction. This consent is a standalone agreement and is not bundled with employment paperwork or any other agreement.

What Happens After You Text START

You receive exactly one confirmation request, and nothing else unless you confirm. It reads:

Gem State Holdings internal notifications: job and bid alerts, task assignments, system notices. Reply YES to confirm, STOP to decline. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Terms and Privacy: gemstateholdings.com/terms and /privacy

Only a YES reply sent from that same phone enrolls the number. If you reply STOP, reply anything else, or simply do not reply, no further messages are ever sent.

Keywords

  • START — request the confirmation message and begin enrollment (also rejoins the program after opting out)
  • YES — confirm enrollment after receiving the confirmation request
  • STOP — opt out and stop all messages. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT work the same way.
  • HELP — receive program name, contact information, and opt-out instructions

What We Send

Operational notifications only — job and bid status changes, task assignments, schedule updates, and system notices. We do not send marketing, promotional, or solicitation messages through this program, and we never message consumers, customers, leads, or any purchased, rented, or third-party list. Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Gem State Holdings does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are honored the same way. You receive one confirmation that you have been removed, and then nothing further. Your number is added to a suppression list that is checked before every message, so it cannot be re-added by any later import — only a fresh START from your own phone can rejoin the program.

Consent Records

Each consent event — the number, the date and time, the method, the exact wording shown, and the reply — is written to an access-controlled consent register kept for the life of the program, so the consent for any individual number can be produced on request. Messages are only sent to numbers with a recorded confirmation.

Privacy
